Hospice of Southwest Ohio’s Care Center celebrates opening

A community open house on Feb. 13, 2014, celebrated the opening of Hospice of Southwest Ohio’s Care Center at 7625 Camargo Road in Madeira. The center’s first patient was accepted on February 20.

The Care Center provides short-term, 24-hour hospice care in a homelike environment to:

Manage acute symptoms, including pain and shortness of breath
Adjust medications and treatment plans
Offer respite care when family caregivers require a break
